Quincy Ride

Today we rode from my house to the Black Creek / Furnace Brook area trails in Quincy.
Riders: Pete and myself. Meeting time, 8:30am.

Mostly cloudy, under 50 F.

Great ride today! We did one of the loops twice. Even got in some trail maintance done. Pulled a large dead tree off the trail.

Towards the end of the ride, my front derailer stopped working. We tried to repair with no luck. So my bike is in the bike shop.

We saw this along the trail. Could this be what cursed my bike?

Quincy Return to shape easy ride

Today we rode from my house to the Black Creek / Furnace Brook area trails in Quincy.

Riders: Pete and myself. Meeting time, 8:30am. Sunny, Windy, cold, under 30 F.

This ride was to get back in shape and see what phantoms show up in the bikes.

My bike is skipping gears, and Petes bike won't shift into the second ring on the front derailer.

Great first ride. Glad to be on the trails again, even if they are short hops like today.

Pete gave some great riding pointers. Got to get some practice in on a burst uphill around some roots and granite.

Here's to gearing up for Wompa Wompa!

Post Ride: Pete and I disrespected his ride:

Arshall Amplification?

Bought a new Marshall Amp. Sounds nice. After a few days part of the M fell off. The logo came apart by its self. The Serial Number starts with a V. This means that this product was made in Vietnam and not England. I think this is why the M Fell off.

On their website, (http://marshallamp.us/) they have a 'contact us' link, so
I have emailed Marshall Amplification) about this. So far there is no response from them.

I want to warn them that there name is being taking in V.
